1. Collaborate closely with the founder to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and oversee critical special projects.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research, industry trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Assist in business development activities, including identifying partnership opportunities, investor communications, and relationship management.
4. Tackle operational challenges by improving internal processes, driving execution, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental coordination.
5. Oversee multiple functional areas and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to implement company-wide objectives.
6. Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic goals.
7. Manage day-to-day communications, meeting scheduling, and administrative tasks to enhance the founder's productivity.
8. Actively participate in strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to support the company's growth and scalability.
