Customer Care Executive Fresher Job

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Any one - South Indian Languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Telgu, Tamil, Kannada)
2. Working from office with flexible shifts 6 days a week.
3. Fluent hindi communication.
4. Should be able to understand english.
5. Basic Computer Skills.
6. Should be an undergraduate in Bachelors/.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate and detailed information about the breakdown or other related services.
2. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through solutions.
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
