Key responsibilities:

1. Track patient history, preferences, and communication records
2. Assist in follow-ups, appointment reminders, and personalized patient care
3. Store and organize patient data securely and efficiently
4. Collect and manage patient feedback and satisfaction surveys
5. Streamline appointment booking and reminders through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp
6. Manage and analyze patient feedback data to improve service quality
7. Ensure CRM FMS is properly configured, updated, and maintained
