Customer Relationship Manager (Woo Commerce) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage customer relationships and provide support throughout the sales journey, including post-sales service and issue resolution.
2. Handle WooCommerce backend for order management, customer data, product updates, and performance tracking.
3. Plan and execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and repeat sales.
4. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries and handle customer-side updates or concerns.
5. Collect, analyze, and maintain customer data from the website and CRM systems to support sales and marketing strategies.
6. Continuously improve customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements in service or communication flow.
