Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
2. Manage sales, retention, claims, or collections as per the assigned role.
3. Respond to customer queries via chat or email for non-voice processes.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Follow communication guidelines and company protocols to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shift Timings: Our operations run across different international time zones. Candidates will be assigned any 9-hour shift within the following time frames:
1. US Shift: 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM
2. UK Shift: 11:00 AM to 2:30 AM
3. AUS Shift: 12:00 AM to 4:30 PM
