Key responsibilities:

2. Follow up with customers after order delivery to gather feedback and nurture long-term relationships
3. Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and outcomes using our CRM or tracking sheets
4. Work closely with the operations and support team to flag recurring issues or common queries
