Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
2. Provide clear and accurate information about our products, order statuses, and return policies
3. Manage and troubleshoot customer complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions
4. Process orders, exchanges, and returns in a timely and efficient manner
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to address and resolve customer concerns
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
7. Identify and report recurring issues or trends to improve our products and services

Qualifications:

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:
