Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and manage incoming calls from students via the UK toll-free number listed on the website
2. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and guide students through the booking or inquiry process
3. Monitor and respond to incoming WhatsApp messages through the Wati platform
4. Ensure swift, friendly, and informative communication, addressing student concerns in real-time
5. Engage with prospective students via the website's Odoo live chat
6. Offer immediate support, resolve inquiries, and convert potential leads into sales opportunities
7. Share qualified leads and student inquiries with the sales team promptly
8. Schedule and coordinate callback requests
9. Maintain seamless communication with the sales team regarding lead status, special requests, or critical updates
10. Update the daily tracker with accurate data for all calls, chats, and follow-up activities
11. Ensure data integrity and timely logging to support operational tracking
12. Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call volumes, chat engagements, and student interaction trends
13. Share insights to help refine the support process and improve team efficiency
