About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to interested leads and guide them through appropriate insurance solutions.
2. Build a deep understanding of customer requirements and match them with relevant insurance products.
3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
4. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in internal systems.
6. Stay up to date on insurance products, features, and market updates.

Salary:

1. Freshers: Up to 25,000 CTC.
2. Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 CTC (Based on last drawn salary).

Other requirements

A. Eligibility criteria:

1. Education: Graduate in any discipline.

2. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

B. Preferred: Experience in insurance and a flair for sales is a plus.

1. Languages required: Fluent in English and Hindi.

2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages. Must be free from MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and RTI (Regional Tone Influence). Strong grammar and pronunciation skills are a must.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
