FRND is an audio dating app for Bharat! funded by Krafton, India Quotient, and Elevation Capital. Dating in Bharat is broken. People do not have the right avenues to interact and begin their dating journeys, especially in tier-2 and 3 India. FRND provides a safe, secure, and fun environment for boys and girls to chat anonymously via audio streaming. We are working on exciting growth and user activation problem statements, alongside revenue products like virtual gifting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Problem Resolution:
a. Investigate and resolve issues encountered by users on the FRND platform promptly and effectively.
b. Work closely with diverse teams to address both technical and non-technical concerns.
2. Customer Engagement:
a. Engage with users across multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone) to ensure a positive support experience.
b. Proactively gather user feedback to drive ongoing platform enhancements.
3. Documentation:
a. Maintain meticulous records of user interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
b. Contribute to the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive knowledge base to empower users to find solutions autonomously.
4. Product Expertise:
a. Keep abreast of the latest features and functionalities of the FRND platform.
b. Offer guidance to users on leveraging the platform's capabilities for optimal results.

2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic situations are crucial.
