b. Proactively collect user feedback to enhance the platform continually.

3. Documentation:
a. Maintain detailed records of user interactions and solutions.
b. Contribute to building a knowledge base for independent user problem-solving.

4. Product Expertise:
a. Stay updated on the latest FRND platform features and functionalities.
b. Guide users on maximizing platform benefits for optimal outcomes.
