Key Responsibilities:

1. Problem Resolution:
- Promptly and effectively investigate and resolve user issues on the FRND platform.
- Foster collaboration across teams to address a range of technical and non-technical challenges.

2. Customer Engagement:
- Engage users through email, chat, and phone channels to deliver exceptional support experiences.
- Proactively gather and utilize user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the platform.

3. Documentation:
- Maintain meticulous records detailing user interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute actively to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base empowering users to troubleshoot independently.

4. Product Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest FRND platform features and functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance to users, enabling them to leverage the platform to achieve optimal results.
