Administrative Support:
1. Assist with administrative tasks, including mail and package handling, photocopying, and document management.
2. Manage client-related administrative tasks, such as billing inquiries and clientship renewals.
3. Keep records of the space usage and occupancy.
Technology and Equipment:
1. Familiarise clients with technology resources, such as printers, scanners, and audiovisual equipment.
2. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with connectivity.
3. Ensure all equipment and amenities are in good working order.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience of minimum 0 years in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
