Key responsibilities:

1. Daily e-mail checking regarding the new and old parties
2. Reply to all parties by e-mail
3. Sent quotation regarding product
4. Follow up on the quotation sent. Maintenance of all correspondence in files
5. Receive & check export orders (rate; size)
6. Send the order to the concerned department
7. Follow up on the status of the order
8. Sent dispatch details to the party
9. Check documents regarding for order
10. Maintain all documents
11. Follow up with buyers
