Ecommerce Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce seller accounts
2. Create various product listings and listing optimization
3. Analyze keywords and handle SEO content management
4. Work on product image processing
5. Manage orders and pricing for all orders
6. Manage all the return and refund orders
7. Manage PPC campaigns and promotions
8. Handle customer message support
9. Handle account health of the respective clients
10. Work on product and competitor research
11. Understand the client's work needs
12. Assist with new product launches
13. Oversee and optimize new product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, and product search on all e-commerce platforms
14. Monitor and manage inventory levels
15. Maintain and update A+ content
16. Work on returns management and claim for damages/defective/wrong return products
17. Monitor account health and metrics
18. Contact seller support whenever issues arise along and consistently follow up with them
19. Respond to customer queries and manage feedback and reviews
20. Maintain awareness of best practices for Amazon sellers
21. Work collaboratively with the team to define new strategies and identify growth opportunities
22. Analyze and report progress against campaign goals
23. Analyze current sales data, and conversion rates and optimize product progressions
24. Implement advertising campaigns utilizing sponsored product ads, headline search ads, and product display ads
