5. Cross-check names, numbers, and technical terms
6. Use OCR tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) for partially legible text and convert tables to Excel
7. Master word processing shortcuts to improve efficiency
8. Apply headings, bullet points, or tables as needed
9. Convert handwritten forms into fillable digital templates
