Executive Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify potential inbound leads through email, WhatsApp, and social media.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
3. Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
4. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
7. Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience in the retail/FMCG/Food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills.
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
6. Solid understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
9. Bachelor's degree or master's in business administration, marketing/sales, or a related field preferred but not compulsory.
