Field Marketing Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare a plan of visit to customers in the allotted territory
2. Get the plan approved from the marketing manager or management
3. Visit customers as per the plan and achieve the following
4. Obtain new order requirements
5. Service existing orders
6. Address clarifications or challenges in any order execution
7. Understand forecasting requirements
8. Identify future growth and addition of projects or plants
9. Analyze customer order share and increase orders for the company
10. Resolve any pending good acceptance reports or acknowledgements
11. Collect purchase orders for any supply made on delivery challan
12. Resolve any pending issues
13. Note any changes in customer personnel
14. Identify changes in indentors
15. Identify changes in store persons or gatehouse staff
16. Identify changes in team leaders or project managers
17. Identify changes in heads of departments
18. Send daily reports
19. Identify any new product requirements
20. Attend to any urgent customer calls
21. Understand challenges before visiting customers
22. Prepare with requisite information before meeting
23. Schedule all visits with prior appointments
24. Collect payments from customers
25. Determine volume targets with marketing managers and implement them
26. Attend to additional territories if required
27. Bridge gaps between design, marketing, back-end staff, and customers
28. Build relationships with customers
29. Ensure timely supplies
30. Ensure qualitative supplies
31. Provide summarized weekly and monthly reports
32. Deliver any items on the way if ready for delivery
33. Submit expense bills periodically and avoid keeping any outstanding
34. Support surveys to assess customer requirements
35. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
36. Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
37. Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
38. Take on additional responsibilities in the future as opportunities arise
