Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Roles:

Recruit and onboard insurance & mutual fund agents through field visits.
Explain the business opportunity and benefits of joining APROFIND.
Assist new agents in activating their business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet prospects at their homes/offices to promote the agency business.
2. Guide agents through onboarding.
3. Provide initial support in sales, marketing, and lead generation.
4. Ensure monthly recruitment and activation targets are met.
5. Travel across Ahmedabad to engage potential agents.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Management (Freshers with exceptional sales ability are welcome).
Experience: 0-2 years in sales, marketing, or business development.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
