About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.
2. Meeting sales targets of multiple payment solutions such as QR code, Sound Box, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.
3. Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
5. Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
6. Enabling digital payments at unorganized retailers by onboarding new retailers & making them understand the complete payment acceptance process and its benefits.
7. Visiting the existing merchant and resolving if the merchant having any issues.
8. Selling sound box devices as well.
