1. Answer inbound customer calls: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information professionally.
2. Make outbound customer calls: Follow up on orders, share product details, and promote offers.
3. Meet sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling strategies, and work towards customer retention.
1. 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or a customer-facing role is preferable; however, freshers can also apply.
2. Female candidates are preferred.
3. Excellent sales and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Exhibits flexibility to accommodate varying customer schedules and resolve time-sensitive inquiries.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
