Key responsibilities:
Conduct Engaging Lessons - Deliver horticulture sessions for Grades 1 to 8 as per the lesson plan, incorporating hands-on learning.
Facilitate Practical Training - Organize and oversee gardening activities in school gardens and polyhouses, including seed sowing, transplanting, and plant care.
Manage Polyhouse Cultivation - Ensure proper growth of crops in the polyhouse to support educational learning and student activities.
Teach Sustainable Practices - Educate students on plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and eco-friendly gardening techniques.
Encourage Green Habits - Inspire students to cultivate plants, understand plant science, and develop a lifelong appreciation for nature.
