About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
2. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
5. Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
6. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2. 8 months to 1 year of experience in HR management or a similar role

3. Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Executive or another HR position

4. People-oriented and results-driven

5. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases

7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

10. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

11. Strong understanding of IT technology and IT background hiring experience

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
