1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 8 months to 1 year of experience in HR management or a similar role
3. Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Executive or another HR position
4. People-oriented and results-driven
5. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
10. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
11. Strong understanding of IT technology and IT background hiring experience
