Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in posting job openings across various job boards, social media platforms,
and company website.
2. Support in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job
requirements.
3. Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in maintaining communication with
candidates throughout the interview process.
5. Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them updated on their
application status
6. Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs and specific job
requirements.
7. Help in managing candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with potential
hires.
8. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other
recruitment platforms.
