2. Handling Labor Compliance like Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Gratuity, Maternity Benefits, and other prevalent Labour Laws
3. Client audits with respect to labor laws documentation.
4. Meeting the Labour inspector for inspection closure & document submission
5. The person should have good computer skills, Word/excel, etc.
