1. Understanding of the JD.
2. Handling of complete recruitment cycle process from screening of CV to closure.
3. Utilizing the job portals, other social media, internal database.
4. Coordinating interviews with the team leaders and following up with the shortlisted candidates about their availability status.
5. Management of Internal database.
6. Closing the position within the given TAT.
7. Salary Negotiation with the candidates if needed.
8. Follow up with the selected candidates post selection to know the status and ensure he resigns in his current company and share the mail communication with us.
9. Follow up with the candidates until he joins the company.
10. Make a courtesy call to the candidates after joining the company to ensure that he is comfortable with his new role.
