Peore is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help drive growth and revenue. As an inside sales executive, you will be responsible for helping customers choose the best water purifiers for them and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead handling: Responding to inbound leads and helping them throughout their purchase journey
2. Lead engagement: Engaging with leads to understand their requirements, qualify their level of interest, and determine their potential as customers
3. Consultative selling: Communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to potential customers, addressing their pain points, and demonstrating how our offerings can meet their needs
4. Relationship building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and follow-ups
5. Sales reporting: Updating CRM regularly and share relevant reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities

Other requirements

1. Freshers or experienced sales professionals with a deeply customer-centric mindset

2. A customer-first approach with a knack for understanding and fulfilling customer needs

3. Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English. Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is a plus but not mandatory

4. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills You should love talking to people and help them choose the right product. There is no hard selling in this job.

5. Educational Qualification: BE/ BTech/Diploma/graduate from a reputed institution.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve sales processes.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 1,00,000 /year
