We are looking for an innovative and motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As an inside sales professional, you will introduce Kapable's training programs to mid and senior-level executives working in various sectors. Your work will be focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, engaging with prospects, and closing sales. Read the detailed responsibilities below:
Key Responsibilities
1. Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to new and existing customers.
2. Schedule discovery calls to identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers.
3. Effectively communicate the unique value addition from Kapable's programs to help potential customers make informed decisions.
4. Qualify the potential leads and schedule counseling sessions with Kapable's counseling team.
5. End-to-end sales funnel management: from first touch to closure.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals
7. Run strategic follow-ups (Calls/texts/emails) on the prospects.
8. Manage opportunities and leads in the relevant CRM tool.
1. 0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales in the education or training industry.
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and confidence to converse with executive-level working professionals.
4. Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Ability to understand the product at a granular level
6. Ability to empathize with the end user, and understand their pain points
