1. Graduate (any stream) with 0–2 years of experience in sales/BD.
2. Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
3. Comfortable with cold calls and outreach strategies.
4. Skilled in: GSuite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, Canva, Zoho CRM (or eager to learn).
5. Passionate about women’s empowerment and business.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 - 2,00,000 /year
