About the job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
3. Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
4. Recording and maintaining customer interaction data.
5. Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes.
6. Capacity to identify root causes of operational issues and develop creative solutions to address them.

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Male Candidate (Mandatory)

2. Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

3. At Least 2 Sunday Working in a month. (Rotational Off will be provided)

4. Own Laptop (Configuration- 8 GB RAM & SSD hard drive)

5. Graduate/Post Graduate from any recognized University.

6. Basic Computer skills & Basic Excel Skill required

7. From Noida preferably, / Near Noida NCR

8. It would be work from the office Only. (Except on Sunday)

9. Experienced candidate preferred
