Junior Operations Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with the prospective students and parents via calls providing detailed information on our test preparation programs and services
2. Understand student needs and assist in selecting the most appropriate courses or study plans based on their goals and requirements
3. Maintain a detailed record of interactions with prospective students and update our CRM system with accurate information
4. Provide follow-up communication via phone email or text to ensure students have the necessary information and feel confident about their test preparation journey
5. Assist in scheduling and rescheduling consultations classes and workshops
6. Work closely with the sales and counseling team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students
7. Collect feedback from students to help improve the services and offerings
8. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on test prep content sales techniques and customer service best practices
