Position overview:

We are looking for someone who is adept at analyzing performance metrics and skilled at implementing strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and oversee the performance of our US-based drivers to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
2. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate driver efficiency and overall effectiveness.
3. Work closely with drivers and management to identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
4. Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing driver performance and increasing operational efficiency.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drivers.
6. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
