Junior Process Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients to provide support and resolve queries.
2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
6. Meet performance targets, including quality metrics, call handling time, and response efficiency.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer experience.

Additional details:

1. Position: Junior process associate (international voice process).
2. Location: Coimbatore (office reporting).
3. Shift: US shift (night shift).
4. CTC: 2.25 LPA- 2.8 LPA + allowances.
5. There will be a three-month training period with the stipend of rupees 11,366/-.
