Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and tenants to promote the referral program and explain its benefits
2. Convince customers to participate in the referral program and convert potential leads into active referrers
3. Follow up regularly with customers to ensure participation and encourage repeated referrals
4. Communicate rewards and benefits associated with the referral program clearly to participants
5. Maintain accurate records of call interactions, leads, and conversions in the system
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
7. Collect feedback during calls to improve communication strategies and identify areas for program improvement

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
2. Maintain a customer-focused approach and build rapport over calls
3. Show a results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
4. Apply good listening and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively
5. Perform basic data entry and record-keeping efficiently
6. Speak multiple languages depending on the target audience (multilingual ability is a plus)
