1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
2. Be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
3. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Be familiar with social media platforms and their respective best practices
5. Have a basic understanding of analytics tools to track performance metrics (a plus)
