Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Fresher Job

We are seeking a creative and self-driven Junior SMM Executive to join our growing digital team. This role is best suited for someone who is highly active on social platforms (especially Instagram), enjoys creating visual content, and has a basic understanding of paid ads and SEO. The ideal candidate is hands-on with trends, eager to appear in or direct video content, and passionate about growing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management
*Plan, script, and produce engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousels
*Collaborate with designers/writers to ensure consistent brand tone
*Contribute to and manage a content calendar for all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
*Be open to appearing in or helping shoot content, including short videos or reels

2. Social Channel Management & Growth
*Post content regularly and manage daily engagement (comments, DMs)
*Use platform-native features to boost discoverability and interaction
*Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to stay relevant

3. Meta Ads & Google Ads
*Assist in setting up and running basic Facebook and Instagram Ads (boosting, lead forms, etc.)
*Understand key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL) and monitor performance
*Learn the basics of Google Ads and support campaign optimization

4. SEO & Content Collaboration
*Work with writers to publish SEO-friendly blog posts
*Understand basic SEO principles (keywords, meta titles, readability)
*Track content performance through tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights

5. Reporting & Analysis
*Maintain weekly and monthly reports of content and campaign performance
Suggest improvements based on metrics and platform trends
