Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our properties and generate leads.
2. Handle inbound calls and inquiries from interested individuals looking to learn more about our offerings.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in MS Excel for future reference.
4. Follow up with clients via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and provide necessary information for successful meetings.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
7. Improve communication skills and product knowledge continuously to better serve our clients and contribute to the growth of the company.
