As a junior telecaller at Good Leads, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through phone calls. Your expertise in MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and strong English communication skills will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospects and effectively communicate the client company's offerings
2. Maintain a database of leads and update it regularly using MS Excel
3. Prepare presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint to pitch to potential clients and monthly client reports
4. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships
5. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation tactics
6. Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns
7. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
