We're on the hunt for a creative video editor + on-site content creator who can capture the magic of our spaces and turn them into content that tells a story. From behind-the-scenes site shoots to luxury client walkthroughs, your job is to shoot, edit, and post content that helps us grow across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities:
1. Shoot on-site videos of interiors, architecture, and execution work (including walk-throughs and construction timelapses)
2. Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media: reels, stories, before-and-after transformations, voiceovers, etc.
3. Film client interactions, designer interviews, and progress vlogs
4. Turn everyday work into engaging content that builds brand value and attracts luxury clients
5. Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram carousels and LinkedIn creatives
6. Maintain a well-organized library of content and visuals
What we're looking for:
1. Strong interest in content, design, and storytelling
2. Ability to shoot confidently using a phone or DSLR
3. Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut
4. A sharp eye for aesthetics, details, and space (architecture lovers, major plus!)
5. Bonus if you know basic Canva or Photoshop
6. Self-driven and able to take full ownership of content
