1. Identify and create lists of target companies using online directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and research
2. Classify leads based on industry relevance, size, and potential
3. Maintain an organized database of verified leads in Excel or CRM
4. Call purchasing managers, engineers, or business owners to pitch Deep Cable's offerings
5. Introduce product lines, understand basic technical requirements, and handle initial objections
6. Share product catalogues, highlight use-cases, and build client interest
7. Follow up with warm leads via calls and email until enquiry or deal progression
8. Pass high-potential leads to senior BDEs for quote finalization or technical coordination
9. Meet weekly lead-to-enquiry conversion targets
10. Coordinate internally for product info, sample dispatch, or quote preparation
11. Maintain detailed daily reports of calls, leads, follow-ups, and progress status
12. Update all records on CRM or Excel in real-time
Requirements:
1. Be a fresh graduate in any stream, preferably Commerce, BBA, B.Tech, or Marketing
2. Demonstrate good spoken communication in Hindi and basic English
3. Show basic Excel skills and comfort with business email writing
4. Be willing to make 50-60 calls daily and work in a structured, fast-paced setup
5. Possess an outgoing personality with a genuine interest in sales
6. Show strong attention to follow-up and client handling
7. Be eager to learn product and industry knowledge over time
8. Be target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
