Qualification: Any UG or PG (MBA preferred).

6. Professional and well-organized with skill in smart scheduling, and adhering to the schedule.
7. Need to have a solution-based approach, rather than a problem-based approach.
Job-specific training: Management Trainees will be scrutinized and identified with the job and skill requirements, and then they will be trained on the organization's policies, equipment and procedures, and specific processes for the various roles. Upon completion of the training, they will be mapped for that job role.
