Marketing Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
2. Managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses
3. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations
4. Creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
5. Working on day-to-day operations of agency work
6. Visiting multiple locations to supervise the ongoing campaigns and identify new locations where we can do marketing activities
7. Managing vendors (printer, manpower, fabricator)
8. Managing all marketing activities of our clients
9. Assisting in the development of client presentations and proposals
10. Conducting client satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
11. Supporting the sales team in client meetings and presentations
