Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop application modules independently and promptly address any bugs.
2. Perform unit testing on your development work.
3. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
4. Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
5. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and design discussions; assist during testing phases.

13. Develop and design RESTful APIs with a solid understanding of data structures.
14. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.

1. Must have experience in MERN Stack development.

2. Strong analytical skills to decompose complex problems into manageable tasks.

3. Solid knowledge of Redux and TypeScript.

4. Familiar with UI/UX concepts and experience with Firebase.

5. Experience with payment gateway integration.

6. Good knowledge of Express.js, React, and relevant JavaScript libraries.

7. Clear understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.

8. Understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.

9. Proficient in database technologies, including MongoDB, Firebase, or MySQL.

10. Experience with version control systems like Git.

11. Experience in developing responsive web applications.

12. Strong communication skills.

13. Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies as project requirements evolve.

14. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participation in Sprint ceremonies.

15. Experience using Git and VSCode.

16. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Gitflow, and shell scripting.

17. Leadership experience in managing or guiding a team.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
