About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Receive and answer customer calls.
2. Handle office work and documentation filings.
3. Perform air ticket booking, visa assistance, and account assistance.
4. Perform front office executive work.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with a commerce or science background will be given preference.
2. Good computer operations skills are a must.
3. Good spoken and written English is required.
4. Candidates with prior experience in the tourism industry will be given preference.
5. Basic knowledge of accounts will be given preference.
