About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. After-sales operations management: Oversee and manage all after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient processes.
2. Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to guarantee product availability for delivery while minimizing excess stock and reducing costs.
3. Product delivery: Coordinate timely delivery of products to customers, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
4. Payment collection: Manage payment collection to ensure all transactions are completed on time and accurately recorded.
5. Process improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to after-sales processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Vendor and supplier coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services for after-sales operations.
7. Customer communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order details, resolving any issues related to delivery and product returns.
8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on after-sales operations, inventory levels, delivery performance, and payment status to provide insights to senior management.
9. Operational oversight: Maintain a comprehensive overview of all after-sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: Perusing MBA, BBA, BMS or a related field.

- Experience: Prior experience is not mandatory.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.

- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using inventory management systems, ERP software, and other relevant business tools.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
