Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of all end-to-end processes
2. Bridging the gap between our company and our customers as per requirement
3. Organizing and maintaining data relating to different verticals in the organization
4. Driving process definition, improvement, and gap analysis of current and future processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders
5. Identifying process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and working towards process improvement
6. Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving overall operational performance.
