Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a client satisfaction specialist, building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure consistent engagement
2. Responsible for instalment collection and regular follow-ups with clients regarding payment schedules
3. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
4. Maintain and update operations sheets and documentation for effective tracking and workflow
5. Coordinate with faculty members for class scheduling, ensuring smooth and timely communication
6. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, organising documents, and preparing reports for leadership review
