Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Part time)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. You'll work closely with team leads and senior HR personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives and policies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment activities: job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
5. Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
6. Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
7. Help ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
8. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
9. Assist in organizing training and development sessions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar).
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
