Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and determine the best social media platforms and tactics to reach them.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and emerging channels.
2. Content Creation & Management
Oversee the planning, creation, and publishing of engaging, original content across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to maintain brand voice and visual consistency.
Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
3. Community Engagement
Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content performance.
5. Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising teams to align organic and paid efforts.
