About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interior design project locations
2. Client testimonial shoots
3. Office culture, behind-the-scenes, and fun activities
4. Close-up interior detailing shoots
5. Plan content along with the marketing team based on the monthly shoot calendar
6. Edit videos in trending social media formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
7. Deliver edits as per deadlines, working from home as needed
8. Be actively involved in conceptualizing creative ideas for brand content
9. Collaborate with the social media team for cohesive visual storytelling

Other requirements

Minimum 3–6 months of prior experience working with a brand or agency (including internships)

Hands-on experience in content planning and editing for Instagram/YouTube/social media

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or similar editing tools

Must have own laptop with editing software and either: Personal DSLR/Mirrorless Camera

OR be a pro-level iPhone user with excellent framing & mobile shooting skills

Willingness to shoot at different locations within Pune

Ability to work according to a flexible shoot calendar

Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
